A Goma company, building since 2007.
Fullcom Company Ltd is a multi-disciplinary civil engineering contractor registered in Goma, North Kivu, with an office in Kigali. Today the group also runs a logistics and plant hire business, and the GMB boutique.
Mission
To build and maintain the infrastructure people in the Great Lakes region rely on to live, work and travel, and to meet every client’s concerns for safety, quality, cost, time and appearance.
Strategy
To deliver cost-effective solutions that meet the specifications of clients, engineers and local authorities, quickly and with full legal compliance. Our success depends on adapting to the changing and often difficult conditions of the region. We put clients first and aim for long-term relationships in the public and private sectors.
People
Our people
Fullcom employs more than 50 permanent staff. Each year we also hire, on average, more than 100 part-time workers from the communities around our sites.
We train and work with local subcontractors, suppliers and community members, and our engineers keep learning through internal and external training and on-the-job experience.

How we work

Safety and health
Safe equipment and materials, established safety methods on every site, and a safety committee that helps management run training and keep programmes up to date. Our workplace HIV/AIDS programme offers awareness sessions and voluntary counselling and testing.

Environment
Sustainable waste management, pollution prevention and careful use of natural resources, in line with local regulations. We keep improving our methods to protect the places we build in.

Quality
Quality control covers every stage: preparation, design review, purchasing and receipt of materials, installation and workmanship, testing and commissioning, and handover. Non-conformities are recorded and followed by corrective and preventive action.
