Our quality plan follows every project from start to finish. Each stage is documented and checked on site.

  1. Mobilisation

Organisation chart, overall schedule, material control, construction plan and scope of work.

  2. Quality control

Selection procedures, control process and performance checks for every trade.

  3. Construction

Our crews and subcontractors build to the approved plan, with records kept on every site.

  4. Testing and certification

Systems are tested and certified before commissioning.

  5. Commissioning and acceptance

Testing and commissioning with the client, then formal acceptance.

  6. Guarantee and handover

The works are handed over to the client with the system guarantee.

Own fleet

Our plant and workshop

Fullcom owns and maintains a modern fleet of civil, road and earthworks plant. Running our own fleet improves our timing, cost and quality, and lets us work far from the cities.

A purpose-built workshop with qualified mechanics handles routine servicing, maintenance, repairs and field servicing to keep downtime low.
